Hey guys... been a while since I nabbed this... but here's a chart of the colors in the character creation screen someone on the CoH forums made that names all of the colors. Sort of an aid for those who were color-blind. Not sure if anyone can use this, but you never know...

Hmmm.... I believe there may be a few player that are color blind. That or they just love that random button.
